ACE AI Terms of Use

These terms govern use of ACE AI (Academic Code Engine), provided by More Academy of Computers, Maharashtra, India. By using ACE, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Educational AI service

ACE provides AI-assisted coding explanations, notes, algorithms, and examples. AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, or unsuitable for a particular assignment or system. Review, test, and verify all output. ACE is not a substitute for an instructor, professional advice, or independent judgment.

Acceptable use

Do not use ACE to break laws, access systems without authorization, create or distribute malware, steal credentials, invade privacy, exploit or harm people, submit hateful or sexually exploitative material, evade safety controls, overload the service, or infringe intellectual-property rights. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Your account and content

Provide accurate account information, protect your password, and notify us of unauthorized access. You remain responsible for prompts and files you submit and must have the right to use them. Do not submit passwords, API keys, confidential records, or unnecessary personal information.

Plans and availability

Features and usage limits may vary by plan and may change with reasonable notice. Plan purchases are not offered inside the Google Play-distributed Android app unless a Play-compliant billing option is implemented. Existing plan access may be used after sign-in.

Ownership

ACE software, branding, and original site materials belong to their respective owners. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated output for learning and your own projects, but you are responsible for checking licenses and originality.

Disclaimers and liability

ACE is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every response or feature will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, More Academy of Computers is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by reliance on AI output, service interruption, or misuse of ACE.

Termination, changes, and contact

You may stop using ACE and request account deletion at any time. We may update these terms and will change the effective date above. Questions may be sent to ace.ai.coding.assistant@gmail.com.
