Delete your ACE AI account

This web page lets ACE AI users request deletion without installing or opening the Android app.

What the request covers

After identity verification, we will delete or anonymize the account, profile, active sessions, push tokens, saved files, and associated prompt, usage, and app-install records, except information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or law.

If you need help

If you cannot access your registered email or the verification message does not arrive, email ace.ai.coding.assistant@gmail.com with the subject “ACE account deletion request.” We will verify ownership manually before processing.
