ACE AI Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ACE AI (Academic Code Engine), operated by More Academy of Computers, Maharashtra, India, handles information in the ACE website and Android app.

Information we handle

• Account and profile: name, email, mobile number, city, state, country, course, branch, college, bio, plan, password hash, and sign-in sessions.
• ACE content: prompts submitted to the AI, generated responses, usage counts, files you choose to save, and AI-output reports you submit.
• App and device diagnostics: random install and guest identifiers, app version, Android version, device model, WebView version, IP address, user agent, last-seen time, and Firebase Cloud Messaging token.
• Support: information you send in deletion, safety-report, or support requests.

How we use information

We use it to provide accounts and AI responses, enforce usage limits, save requested files, deliver optional notifications, prevent abuse, secure and diagnose the service, answer support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

AI and service providers

Your prompt is securely processed by an external AI service to generate a response. Push-notification delivery uses Google Firebase. Hosting, database, security, and email providers may process limited information for us. Their handling is governed by their contracts and privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.

Storage, security, and retention

ACE uses HTTPS in transit and access controls on server systems. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Account information, saved files, prompts, usage, and operational records are retained while needed to run and protect ACE. After a verified deletion request, associated information is deleted or anonymized unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or law.

Your choices

• Update profile information from your Profile page.
• Decline or disable Android notifications in device settings.
• Delete saved files from My Files.
• Request deletion from Profile → Danger Zone or from the external account-deletion page.
• Report an unsafe or offensive AI response using the “Report AI output” control shown with generated content.

Students and younger users

ACE is an educational coding service intended for learners aged 13 and above. A learner who is not legally able to consent under the law where they live should use ACE only with authorization from a parent, guardian, school, or other responsible adult.
